amazing stay near the park!

lovely welcomecomfortable bedbeatles memorabilia
the welcome was lovely , and they helped with our bags! the manager changed our original room because of the stairs , which was great. the bed was comfortable , and yorkshire tea was provided , which was fantastic. nothing was too much trouble , and the beatles connection with photos and memorabilia was super interesting.
the cheese nachos description said they were loaded with cheese , but they came with no cheese and a small portion of nachos because they had run out.

the location was really convenient for accessing nearby attractions. i found it easy to walk to the park. the outside terrace provided a nice space for enjoying a drink before dinner.
The room had some issues that affected my stay. There was a noticeable smell of sewage. the bathroom lacked a bin. also, the room only had one bedside table despite being a double.

The staff was AMAZING and attentive. I received excellent service. Julie ensured all guests with food allergies and vegetarians were catered for with 5-star service. The food was AMAZING!!! The function room was fine, and all guests said their rooms were lovely. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.
The room was very small. There was no room to put my suitcase anywhere.
